We currently have a unique opportunity in Laverton, Victoria to join a highly dynamic team and take responsibility for the direction and further development of an established sales team across Australia & New Zealand.


Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales excellence to ensure sales objectives are met. You will have the ability to work cross functionally and provide hands on leadership during a period of growth and change.


Critical for your success will be your ability to develop and implement national sales plans and strategies, grow market share and develop and manage pricing to win business and achieve company profitability. You will benefit from an established dealer network, experienced and motivated sales, technical & product management team and collaboration with Division Managers.


The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial decision making, a track record of delivering results and maintaining effective professional and working relationships. Relevant tertiary qualification/s and industry experience will be an advantage.
