We currently have a unique and rewarding opportunity to join our National Sales Team. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and proactive Area Sales / Technical Manager with prior experience gained from within irrigation / agriculture/ water industry who can drive sales and grow market share.
Reporting to the Queensland State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence within your region to ensure sales objectives are met. You will have the ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders and provide hands on leadership during a period of growth and change.
Critical for your success will be your ability to develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies with your direct reports. You will be responsible for growing market share, developing and managing pricing to win business. You will benefit from an established dealer network, experienced and motivated sales, technical & product management team and collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong team leadership, business acumen including commercial decision making, a track record of delivering results and maintaining effective professional and working relationships. Relevant tertiary qualification/s and industry experience will be an advantage.
