Victorian Government Boosts Drought Resilience with On-Farm Infrastructure Grants

When the Land Dries, We Help You Keep Growing – Netafim Irrigation Solutions Eligible

The Victorian Government has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting farmers with the relaunch of the On-Farm Drought Resilience Grant Program, providing up to $5,000 per farm business to invest in critical infrastructure that helps mitigate the impact of drought and climate variability.

Administered by Agriculture Victoria, the grant is available to eligible primary producers in Victoria’s dryland farming regions and aims to strengthen on-farm water security, boost productivity, and support long-term sustainability. Funding is available for the purchase and installation of drought-resilient infrastructure such as irrigation system upgrades, purchase or repair of fixed infrastructure, technologies to improve drought management efficiencies to farm production systems, and improved stock containment systems.

At Netafim, we welcome this initiative as a positive step toward helping Victorian farmers build climate resilience. Our precision irrigation technologies are designed to deliver maximum water efficiency and crop yield – making them ideal investments under the grant scheme.
